Make No-Bake Nutter Butter Nutella Pie:
- Step 1: Prepare the Cookie Crust. Crush 24 Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor or zip-top bag. Combine with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate to set.
- Step 2: Make the Filling. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in vanilla and Nutella. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the mixture.
- Step 3: Assemble the Pie. Pour filling into crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Step 4: Prepare the Ganache. Heat 1/4 cup Nutella and 1/4 cup heavy cream until melted and smooth. Adjust consistency with more cream if needed.
- Step 5: Serve and Garnish. Drizzle ganache over pie, sprinkle with crushed cookies, slice, and serve chilled.
