  • 1/4 cup butter melted
For the Filling:
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped
For the Ganache:
  • 1/4 cup Nutella for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream for ganache drizzle
  • 2 cookies Nutter Butter cookies crushed, optional for garnish

Method
 

Make No-Bake Nutter Butter Nutella Pie:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Cookie Crust. Crush 24 Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor or zip-top bag. Combine with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate to set.
  2. Step 2: Make the Filling. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in vanilla and Nutella. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the mixture.
  3. Step 3: Assemble the Pie. Pour filling into crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Step 4: Prepare the Ganache. Heat 1/4 cup Nutella and 1/4 cup heavy cream until melted and smooth. Adjust consistency with more cream if needed.
  5. Step 5: Serve and Garnish. Drizzle ganache over pie, sprinkle with crushed cookies, slice, and serve chilled.
