Directions:
- Start by gathering all your ingredients. If you haven’t done so already, slice the fresh strawberries and make sure your blueberries are frozen and ready to go.
- In your blender, add the frozen blueberries, sliced strawberries, almond milk, peanut butter, liquid stevia, and ice. If you’re using protein powder, this is the time to add it in.
- Blend on high until everything is well combined and smooth. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure all ingredients are mixed evenly.
- Once blended, taste your smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, feel free to add more liquid stevia or your sweetener of choice and blend again.
- Pour the smoothie into a tall glass or smoothie cup. You can garnish it with a few extra blueberries or a slice of strawberry on the rim for that perfect presentation. Sip and enjoy this delicious Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie!
Notes
- For a nut-free option, swap peanut butter for almond butter or sunflower seed butter.
- Use oat milk, coconut milk, or soy milk as milk alternatives.
- For a thicker smoothie, reduce the amount of almond milk or add more frozen fruit.
