Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, peanut butter, and egg. Mix well, then add the yellow cake mix and stir until thick.
- Step 3: Grease your baking pan and spread half of the batter evenly in the bottom.
- Step 4: Mix chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, remaining butter, and vanilla in another bowl. Pour over the batter.
- Step 5: Drop spoonfuls of the remaining batter on top of the chocolate layer.
- Step 6: Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Step 7: Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
