Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the 1 cup of salted butter and 1 cup of peanut butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat. Gradually add 3 ½ cups of sifted confectioners’ sugar, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Add 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract and mix well until combined.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a prepared 9x9 inch baking pan, spreading evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top if using. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, lift out using parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy!
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
- For longer storage, wrap in plastic and foil and freeze for up to three months.
- Cut into individual pieces for easy treats!
