Ingredients
  

For the Sandwich:
  • 2 slices Dave's Killer 21 Power Seed Bread
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 6 slices pepperoni

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of Dave's Killer 21 Power Seed Bread.
  2. On the unspread side of one slice, layer 2 slices of mozzarella cheese, then add 6 pepperoni slices on top, and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce. Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side up.
  3. Place a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Allow it to melt completely and coat the bottom of the pan.
  4. Carefully place the assembled sandwich in the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
  5. Once the first side is perfectly golden, carefully flip the sandwich using the spatula. Cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
  6. Remove the sandwich from the pan, let it cool for a minute, then slice it in half. Serve with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping!
