Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the freshly juiced orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and parsley. Whisk until thoroughly mixed.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the corn starch and water to form a slurry. Add this mixture to the marinade and whisk again until smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets in the bowl with the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15-30 minutes for maximum flavor.
- While the salmon is marinating, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with olive oil, avocado oil, or cooking spray.
- Arrange the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve immediately. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the top.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- Feel free to substitute the honey with maple syrup for a different flavor profile.
- Make sure to check the salmon regularly while cooking to avoid overcooking.
