  • 2 teaspoons Fresh thyme minced
  • 1 lemon Lemon juice Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2/3 cup Avocado or olive oil
  • Coarse salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the white balsamic vinegar, honey, whole grain mustard, minced fresh thyme, and lemon juice.
