Preparation
- Start by sprinkling the unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of boiling water in a mixing bowl. Whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Once the gelatin is ready, let it cool slightly before starting to layer. Take your chilled Dole Fruit Bowls in Gel and start with the first color.
- Spoon a layer of the fruit gel into the bottom of your clear cup or glass.
- After adding the first layer of fruit gel, pour a thin layer of the gelatin mixture over it. Allow this layer to set in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes or until firm.
- Continue layering the different colors of fruit gel and the gelatin mixture, allowing each layer to set before adding the next.
- Once you've reached the top of your cups with layered jello, add a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt on top.
- Finally, serve your Rainbow Jello Parfait Cups immediately for the best experience.
