In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sausage. Cook it until it’s browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes.
Once the sausage is cooked, reduce the heat to low. Add the undrained can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, along with the cream cheese pieces. Stir gently until the cream cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy. Once everything is well mixed and heated through, transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
Serve it warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
