Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sharp White Cheddar Cheese finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 packet McCormick Guacamole Seasoning Mix
  • 8 oz Smoked Salmon skin and bones removed, flaked
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Green Onions
  • 1-2 tbsp Milk optional, for consistency

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Hand mixer or whisk
  • Spatula
  • Serving Bowl

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, finely shredded sharp white cheddar cheese, light mayonnaise, and plain Greek yogurt. Using a hand mixer or whisk, blend these ingredients until they are smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the fresh lemon juice and McCormick Guacamole Seasoning Mix.
  3. Gently fold in the flaked smoked salmon, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the dip. If the mixture is too thick, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk.
  4. Add the chopped green onions, reserving a little for garnish. Mix gently to incorporate the onions without breaking up the salmon too much.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the reserved green onions on top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
