  • 1 tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/16 tsp baking soda
  • 1/16 tsp salt
  • optional mix-ins (chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, or any favorite additions)

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and tools to make the process smoother!
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well blended.
  3. Add the peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla extract, and water to the bowl. Mix until it forms a thick dough.
  4. Fold in any chocolate chips or chopped peanuts if desired.
  5. Transfer the dough into a microwave-safe mug or bowl and shape it into a cookie form.
  6. Microwave for about 30-40 seconds, keeping an eye on it to prevent overcooking.
