Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk or fork
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Tongs
  • Serving Platter

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, then arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, and half of the minced garlic to make the honey sriracha sauce.
  3. Roast the wings for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, brush wings generously with honey sriracha sauce, then return to oven and roast an additional 10-15 minutes, basting once more halfway through.
  4. While wings roast, stir together Greek yogurt, remaining minced garlic, lime juice, and chopped cilantro in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste to prepare the garlic-lime dip.
  5. Transfer wings to a serving platter, drizzle with any leftover sauce or serve on the side. Serve garlic-lime dip alongside and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can prepare the sauce and dip a day ahead and store in airtight containers in the fridge.
  • For less heat, substitute sriracha with a milder chili sauce or sweet chili sauce.
  • Use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce for a gluten-free option.
  • Swap Greek yogurt with dairy-free alternatives like cashew cream or coconut yogurt for the dip.
  • Reheat leftover wings in the oven to regain crispiness.
