Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the 1 ½ cups of water and the 3 envelopes of Knox unflavored gelatin. Whisk thoroughly until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Once the gelatin is dissolved, add in the ¾ cup of Bailey's Irish Cream, ⅓ cup plus 1 tablespoon of Butterscotch Schnapps, and the 3 tablespoons of Triple Sec. Stir gently to combine.
- Carefully pour the mixture into your shot glasses or small cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Place the filled shot glasses in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Top each jello shot with whipped cream and colorful sprinkles before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to swap Bailey's for a non-dairy alternative.
- Caramel syrup can substitute butterscotch schnapps.
- For a non-alcoholic version, replace Triple Sec with orange soda.
