Ingredients
  

For the Jello Shots:
  • 3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 0.75 cups Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 0.33 cups Butterscotch Schnapps plus 1 tablespoon
  • 3 tablespoons Triple Sec
  • to taste Whipped cream
  • to taste Sprinkles

  • Shot glasses or small cups
  • Refrigerator

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the 1 ½ cups of water and the 3 envelopes of Knox unflavored gelatin. Whisk thoroughly until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  2. Once the gelatin is dissolved, add in the ¾ cup of Bailey's Irish Cream, ⅓ cup plus 1 tablespoon of Butterscotch Schnapps, and the 3 tablespoons of Triple Sec. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into your shot glasses or small cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
  4. Place the filled shot glasses in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  5. Top each jello shot with whipped cream and colorful sprinkles before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to swap Bailey's for a non-dairy alternative.
  • Caramel syrup can substitute butterscotch schnapps.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, replace Triple Sec with orange soda.
