Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Crust - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. Combine with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Step 2: Bake the Crust - Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, until set and slightly crispy. Let cool.
  3. Step 3: Make the Filling - In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sweetened condensed milk, then add chocolate chips, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  4. Step 4: Pour and Bake - Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until set but slightly jiggly.
  5. Step 5: Cool and Serve - Allow to cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
