Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine taco seasoning, garlic powder, dried oregano, and chili powder.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, pour in canola oil and add the oyster crackers, stirring to coat. Sprinkle the spice mixture over and toss again.
  4. Step 4: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned crackers in a single layer.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden.
  6. Step 6: Let cool completely, then transfer to a serving bowl.
