  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Gather your ingredients including cottage cheese, dill, chives, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese. Sprinkle in the crushed garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the fresh dill and chopped chives to the bowl.
  4. Using a whisk or fork, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Adjust the texture to your preference.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, pepper, or herbs as desired.
  6. For best flavor, let the dip chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
