- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Grease your 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- Step 3: In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla extract and mix well. Gradually incorporate flour until a soft dough forms.
- Step 4: Transfer the dough into the prepared baking dish, pressing it evenly into the bottom.
- Step 5: Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the crust, spreading it evenly.
- Step 6: Evenly distribute pecans, coconut, and chocolate chips over the condensed milk. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
- Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown and center is bubbly.
- Step 8: Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares. For cleaner cuts, refrigerate briefly.
