Ingredients
  

For the Trifle:
  • 2 packages French vanilla flavored pudding mix (2.4 oz each)
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 store-bought angel food cake (cut into 1-inch squares)
  • 3 containers strawberries (tops removed and sliced, 16 oz each)
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 8 oz Cool Whip

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the two packages of French vanilla pudding mix with 4 cups of whole milk. Whisk together until the mixture thickens, usually about 2 minutes. Once thickened, set aside.
  2. Gently fold in the 8 oz Cool Whip into the pudding mixture using a spatula. This will give your Vanilla Trifle a light and airy texture.
  3. In your trifle dish or large glass bowl, begin with a layer of the angel food cake squares at the bottom. This will create the base of your delicious Vanilla Trifle.
  4. Spoon a generous layer of the pudding mixture over the cake layers. Ensure it’s evenly spread to cover the cake completely.
  5. Next, add a layer of fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. The vibrant colors of the berries will create a beautiful contrast against the creamy pudding.
  6. Continue layering the cake, pudding, and berries until you reach the top of your dish. Aim for at least three layers for a stunning presentation.
  7. Top your Vanilla Trifle with an extra layer of mixed berries for that finishing touch. This not only looks appealing but also adds a burst of freshness.
  8. Cover the trifle with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together beautifully.
