Gather all your ingredients. Make sure your frozen spinach is thoroughly thawed and chopped.

In a blender or food processor, combine the sautéed onion and garlic, thawed spinach, jarred artichoke hearts, silken tofu, lemon juice, kosher salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve immediately, or transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes until heated through.
