For the Smoothie:
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • 1/2-3/4 cup milk of choice Coconut milk, almond milk, or any other compliant milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons cashew butter or almond butter or sunflower seed butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds adds fiber and protein
  • 1 frozen banana optional adds natural sweetness and creaminess

Method
 

From Start to Finish:
  1. Step 1: Gather Ingredients - Collect all your ingredients and measure out the frozen mixed berries, milk, cashew butter, chia seeds, and the optional frozen banana.
  2. Step 2: Blend Away - In your blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, milk (start with 1/2 cup and adjust for desired consistency), cashew butter, chia seeds, and the frozen banana if you’re using it. Blend on high until everything is well combined and smooth.
  3. Step 3: Adjust and Serve - Taste your smoothie and adjust the consistency as needed by adding more milk. Pour into your glass or jar, and enjoy immediately!
